4.1 弘业国际金融入金的方式有几种？

1）客户从境外银行卡直接入金到公司账户。

2）客户从境内外银行卡入金到香港的银行子账户。银行子账户由弘业国际金融为客户开立，为中银香港的账户，账户名为HSF+客户本人姓名，此账户仅做入金使用。

3）注意：弘业国际金融只接受客户本人入金。

How many ways does Holly International have for deposit?

1) The client transfers funds from his/her international bank account (expect Mainland China) to Holly International margin account.

2) Holly International opens a sub-account for the client in the Bank of China (Hong Kong). The sub-account is named as “HIF + Client's name”, which is only for the client's deposit. The client can transfer funds from his/her international bank account to the sub-account.

3) Attention: Holly International does not accept any third party deposit.

4.2 弘业国际金融入金的流程是什么？

1）客户通过柜面或者网银进行资金的划转，并提供汇款凭证给弘业国际金融。

2） 等待钱款到账后，弘业国际金融工作人员凭汇款凭证及银行到账的资金进行入金操作，并致电客户确认入金。核实后客户权益将会反应在软件的客户端上。

How do the client deposit funds to his/her margin account in Holly International?

1) The client can transfer funds over the counter or via electronic transfer，and provide valid payment receipts to Holly International.

2) Holly International will contact the client to confirm the deposit, once it receives the fund. The client will be able to see the deposit on his/her margin account after the confirmation is done.

4.3 入金时间大约要多久？

1）客户从大陆购汇汇到香港银行账户，一般需要1-2 个工作日；

2）客户从香港银行账户汇到弘业国际金融保证金账户，同行即时到账，跨行1天左右。

How long does it take for the client to deposit money to his/her margin account in Holly International?

1) It takes 1-2 business days for the client to wire transfer from Mainland China to his/her Hong Kong bank accounts.

2) It takes up to 24 hours for the client to transfer money from his/her Hong Kong bank account to business account of Holly International (inter-bank transfers).

If the client's bank account and business account of Holly International are in the same bank, the money transfer will be done immediately (intra-bank transfers).

4.4 弘业国际金融出金流程是什么？

1）客户提出出金要求，签署出金确认书，出金确认书会以电子方式（或原件）传弘业国际金融。

2）弘业国际金融财务确认客户账户可提金额，交易部用录音电话致电客户确认出金。弘业国际金融通过网上银行或者柜台转账的方式转出相应数额的资金到客户同名的银行账户。

How does the client withdraw funds from his/her margin account in Holly International?

1) The client signs the withdrawal form and sends copy to Holly International.

2) Holly International will contact the client to confirm the withdrawal via recording phone. Holly International will transfer the required funds to the client's bank account over the counter or via electronic.

4.5 出金时间大约要多久？

1）从弘业国际金融保证金账户出到客户香港银行账户，同行即时到账，跨行一天左右；

2）从弘业国际金融账户出到客户其他银行账户，一般需要1-3 个工作日。

How long does it take Holly International to withdraw money for the client?

1) It takes up to 24 business hours to transfer funds from the client's margin account to his/her any personal bank account within Hong Kong.

It happens instantly to transfer funds from client's margin account to his/her personal account if they are within the same bank.

2) It takes 1 to 3 business days to transfer funds from client's margin account to his/her bank account located outside Hong Kong.

4.6 公司可以接受24 小时转账吗？如果客户想晚上入金公司可以办理吗？

不可以，客户出入金只能在弘业国际金融工作时间办理。

Does Holly International accept 24-hours funds transfer and make deposits for the client in the evening?

No. For fund deposit or withdrawal from the Holly International's margin account, it will only be processed during business hours.

4.7 银行购汇转汇的一般事项

中国外管局规定，中国大陆每人每年结购汇限额均为5万美金或等值外币。银行允许该人士直系亲属携带相关证件（如：结婚证、户口本）换汇后将外汇汇入该人士大陆银行账户。

Matters about fund transfers

According to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) of the People's Republic of China, the total annual quota is equivalent to USD 50,000 per person each year. The individual's immediate family members with valid personal identity (for example: marriage certificate and household register) can transfer foreign exchange to the individual's bank accounts in Mainland China.

4.8 汇款的手续费？

一般从中国大陆汇款到香港，收取一笔80元人民币的电报费和一笔手续费，一般总数在200-350 人民币。此外资金到香港银行接收会产生一笔几美元的手续费。从客户香港账户汇款到弘业国际金融保证金账户，同行不收手续费，跨行收取少量手续费。

Remittance Charges

Remittance from mainland China to Hong Kong SAR usually charge some transaction fees.

Certain transaction fees will occur for inter-bank transfers to transfer funds from the client's bank accounts in Hong Kong to the margin account of Holly International, while no transaction fees for intra-bank transfers.
