6.2 交易系统出现问题/对交易端持仓、价格、指令有疑问，怎么办？

如果客户端交易系统出现问题，或者客户有其他疑问的，请尽快联系弘业国际金融交易部，通过电话交易的方式确保客户正常交易，然后解决相关问题。

What if the following situations happen: 1. trading systems break down; 2. the client has problems with positions, prices, and orders?

If trading systems break down or customers have any problems, please contact Holly International's Trading Department as soon as possible.

6.3 如客户碰到入金后因交易品种结算货币与入金货币不同，需要如何处理？

1）客户可主动提出换汇，电话至香港交易部，说明需要换汇的币种及金额，交易部会和客户核对汇率牌价，进行换汇操作。

2）客户也可以自行开仓交易，公司第二天结算时会按当天牌价将客户保证金账户内的货币兑换为客户交易所需货币。但因不同货币开仓交易造成的负数权益，客户需负责清平。

What if the client encounter with following situations after depositing funds: the currency of settlement is different from the currency of deposit?

1) The client can exchange money by calling Trading Department and tell the currencies and amount he/she needs. Trading Department will check and confirm exchange rate with the client before exchange happens.

2) The client can open positions himself/herself. The company will exchange the currency in the client's margin account to the trading currency based on real time exchange rate.

6.4 品种的交易杠杆怎么计算？

杠杆=合约价值/保证金；合约价值=品种价格*合约大小（合约大小的具体数值参见“弘业国际金融货交易品种合约细则”）

由于境外期货的保证金是固定数值，而合约价值在不断变动，因此杠杆也是不固定的。举例如下：

2019 年10 月25日，CME1912 合约价格为 1506.8 美元/金衡盎司，保证金为4950 美元，合约大小为100 金衡盎司，则杠杆=1506.8*100/4950=30.44。

How to calculate trading leverage?

Leverage = contract value / margin

Contract value = price per variety * contract size

Please refer to the Contract Specifications for specific amount of contract size

Since the margin of overseas futures is fixed and the contract value is constantly changing, the leverage is not fixed.

For example:

On 10/25/2019, the contract value of CME1912 is $1506.8 per ounce, the margin is $4950, and the contract size is 100 ounces.

Leverage = $1506.8 * 100 / $4950 = 30.44.

6.5 品种的交易杠杆怎么计算？

维持风险率=维持保证金/客户权益

当维持风险率≥100%时（即客户权益≤维持保证金时），客户需要追加保证金，弘业国际金融会以邮件的形式通知客户追加保证金。

当维持风险率≥200%时（即客户权益≤50%维持保证金时），客户面临强平危险，客户不能按时追加保证金的，弘业国际金融会将客户部分或全部持仓强行平仓，使得维持风险率降到100%以下。弘业国际金融会以邮件或者电话（当行情波动剧烈时）的形式告知客户有强平风险。客户追加保证金后，请务必将入金证明提供弘业国际金融。

How to calculate trading leverage of different commodity?

Maintenance margin requirement = maintenance margin / equity position

When the maintenance margin requirement ≥100% (equity position ≤maintenance margin), the client has to make additional deposit, which will be informed by Holly International via email.

When the maintenance margin requirement ≥200% (equity position ≤50% maintenance margin), the client will face the risk of margin closeout. For those who cannot make additional deposit on time, Holly International will sell part or all the positions to lower the maintenance margin requirement to 100% (Forced Selling).

The client should provide proof of deposit to Holly International after making additional deposit.

6.6 客户所得利润如何扣税？

个人客户无须交税。法人客户在出金时按照客户公司所在地相关法律缴纳盈利税。

How to calculate withholding tax?

The personal client is not required to file tax.

Institutional clients should file capital gains tax when making withdrawals based on local laws.
